Wyoming knocks off No. 13 Boise State on late-game safety

Lose track of all the Week 9 college football upsets? Well, perhaps the most unusual ending came in Wyoming, where the Cowboys topped previously-unbeaten No. 13 Boise State 30-28 thanks to a game-winning safety.

With 1:25 left in regulation and Boise State looking for a two-minute offense score to break a 28-28 tie, Broncos quarterback Brett Rypien was stripped by the Cowboys' Chase Appleby deep in Boise State's own territory. The loose ball trickled out of the end zone and Wyoming was awarded the deciding two points.

The Cowboys recovered the ensuing onside free kick and clinched the upset.
