WATCH: Bates-Diop's putback lifts OSU over No. 3 Purdue

In a night of exciting upsets, Keita Bates-Diop delivered the final blow as No. 14 Ohio State toppled No. 3 Purdue, ending the Boilermakers' nation-leading 19-game win streak.

The Buckeyes kept it close despite the raucous crowd at Mackey Arena and Jae'Sean Tate looked to close out the game but missed the layup on a drive. Luckily, Bates-Diop was there for a timely tip with less than four seconds left.

Purdue's Isaac Haas would miss the final shot at the buzzer following a full-court pass, clinching OSU's third straight win since a buzzer-beating loss to Penn State.

Wednesday night's win boosted Ohio State to 12-1 in conference play and first place in the Big Ten.
